The 100%-owned Champion Electric Lithium Project in Quebec is comprised of a total of 1036 claims (529.17 km2) in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay territory, a developing lithium pegmatite district that hosts prospective lithium resources. The Champion Electric Lithium Project neighbours Patriot Battery Metals’ Corvette claims and the Winsome
Cancet claims.

Desktop review with regional and historical data completed. Exploration program began in Summer 2023 and is ongoing with data being collated.

Work programs on portions of the project territory were completed in 2022

High-resolution magnetic, VLF-electromagnetic, radiometric and LiDAR/imagery helicopter-led airborne surveys covering approximately 2,188 line-kilometres.

A detailed desktop study of historical data and interpretation of the work program confirmed that the project contains comparable favorable host rock and a geotectonic setting comparable to neighbouring lithium-bearing pegmatite deposits. The analyzed project area has at least 17 robust priority lithium pegmatite target areas to test and more than 190 pegmatite outcrops waiting to be sampled in an emerging Tier 1 region. New rock outcrops and boulders were identified through the airborne survey, with some discrete conductive anomalies identified within mapped ultramafic rocks which were deemed prospective for Cu-Ni mineralization.

Three high-priority complementary critical metal EM bedrock conductors located within ultramafic rocks of the Lac Guyer greenstone belt were identified through the spring 2023 airborne survey. The prospective and easily accessible EM conductors offer several critical metal targets over approximately 5k. The preliminary review of the airborne survey data revealed that discrete late-time conductive anomalies possibly indicative of bedrock massive sulphide mineralisation are present within the interpreted ultramafic horizons. New nickel sulphide targets will be included into the planned drilling later in 2023.

Desktop Historical Data Review:

The Project covers the northern extension of the Lac Guyer Greenstone Belt (LGGB) which is host to the Corvette and Cancet lithium pegmatite deposits.

Historical sampling within the Project recorded anomalous geochemical values in lithium up to 107 ppm in rock sample and 28 ppm in lake sediments were recorded within the Project.

Drilling by the Quebec government (SOQEUM) in 2003 intercepted a 3m-thick pegmatite intercept from 19m depth (GM 61565), which demonstrates the potential of the Project to host shallow pegmatite swarms. The pegmatite intercept was not analyzed for lithium.

Regional airborne magnetics and satellite multi-spectral data were reprocessed and interpreted to assist the targetgeneration exercise.

The target generation exercise defined a total of 17 priority areas for lithium pegmatite were defined by the targetgeneration exercise.

Company compilation and review of historical company and government work programs identified more than 19 reports of pegmatite outcrops on the property, with the majority hosted within the prospective mafic sequence of the LGGB.

2023 Field Program in James Bay:

Champion Electric Metals has engaged and mobilized a Quebec-based consulting geology team to advance prospecting, geological mapping, and sampling programs aimed at prioritizing targets for a second phase of field work in 2023.

A first-pass project-wide mapping and sampling campaign, including in-field X-ray fluorescence analysis, targeted rock saw sampling, and till geochemical sampling.

Fieldwork is underway and data is continuously being collated, including LiDAR and high-res aerial photography survey.

Three high-priority prospects have already emerged as being likely hosts of a lithium caesium tantalum (LCT) type pegmatite system.

Applications for drilling permits over these targets have been submitted in anticipation of confirmatory results from the sampling program.
