Mr. Fornazzari is currently Head of Latin America at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP and acts for domestic and foreign clients in various industries including mining, petroleum, technology, life sciences and financial services.
Jonathan Buick
Mr. Buick is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Champion Electric Metals. Mr. Buick brings over 15 years of business, management and financing experience and has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, equity research and corporate finance.

Champion Electric Metals is a discovery-focused exploration company that is committed to advancing its highly prospective lithium projects in Quebec, Canada and cobalt projects in Idaho, United States.
The 100%-owned Lithium Project area in Quebec is comprised of and referred to as the Champion Electric Lithium Project, totaling 980 claims (500.66 km2) as of April 2023. In addition, the Company owns the Baner gold project in Idaho County and the Champagne polymetallic project located in Butte County near Arco.
