Nicholas Konkin brings to Champion Electric over 15 years of capital markets and corporate development experience, with a track record of guiding private and public companies in the resource sector. He was part of the team that took Champion Electric public and currently serves as Director of Capital Markets at Grove Corporate Services.
Donna McLean
Ms. McLean is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of financial reporting and corporate administration. Ms. McLean has served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller for numerous publicly traded and private companies including a number of mineral exploration companies. She serves as Manager, Accounting Services with Grove Corporate Services Ltd. (www.grovecorp.ca) that provides governance, accounting and administrative services to small-cap public and private companies in Canada.

Ms. Fairhurst has over 15 years of experience with providing corporate administrative and secretarial services to public companies listed on the TSX, TSXV, and CSE within the mining industry.
